Center Director
Patricia Meine, a native Texan, joined the WEC staff in 2002. As center director, she oversees staffing, scheduling and budgeting. She has more than 25 years of nursing experience and has worked in multiple outpatient and hospital settings. She earned her bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
