Woodlands Endoscopy Center has the best staff. Doctor Wilkenstein and his assistants,, nurses, and anesthesiologists are very professional, kind and compassionate. I was checked in smoothly and when preparing me, the nurse was always with a smile, and was careful in putting me the IV. The anesthesiologist explained everything and gave me the time to answer any of my questions. Doctor Winkelstein and his assistant were there before my procedure to ask any question I might have. After the procedure, and after waking up from anesthesia, doctor Winkelstein came to let me know how everything went. I am extremely pleased with all this team.
Dr Gonzalez and the entire staff are the best !

Everyone was absolutely amazing! They were friendly, they laughed with me, they were personable, I was treated with respect! I I was continuously updated as to the status of when it would be my turn for the procedure etc. The only thing that was not a five-star, was when they called my husband to come back to recovery, he went into the waiting room and the receptionist told him to have a seat they would come and get him. When in reality, she was supposed to let the back know that he was there. So I sat there for a good few minutes waiting for him to come back there, and he sat in the waiting room for a good few minutes waiting to be called back there. But other than that I have absolutely no complaints!!!
